In a shocking development, security forces in Igbo-Eze South, Enugu State, led by the Divisional Police Officer, have uncovered a human skull during a raid on a church under construction. The building, named Synagogue, is reportedly linked to Prophet Chinedu Solomon Ezedike, who is allegedly involved in the horrific murder of four young siblings some weeks ago.
The gruesome deaths of the four children had previously sparked outrage across Enugu and beyond, leading to the immediate demolition of the structure where that incident occurred. As authorities widened their investigation into the pastor's activities and other properties, this latest discovery was made.
The Chairman of Igbo-Eze South local government area, Barr Ferdinand Ukwueze, confirmed the find on his Facebook page today, June 9th. He explained that acting on intelligence, he visited a site at Abile Hill, Isi-Agu, Ibagwa-Aka, with the DPO and other security operatives. This location, which was being used to build Prophet Chinedu Ezedike’s "Synagogue," is now suspected to be a site for ritualistic activities. To their horror, a human skull and a ritual staff were unearthed, further supporting the serious allegations against Ezedike. These items have been handed over to the police for further investigation.
Ukwueze emphasized that more such hidden locations will be discovered as they continue their relentless fight against all forms of crime in the area. He assured the public that under the administration of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, there will be no sanctuary for criminals. He also expressed gratitude for the coordinated support from various security agencies and individuals who have provided intelligence. He urged everyone to speak up against crime for the betterment of society.
