A Nigerian woman living abroad has found herself in the middle of a stunning family scandal, all thanks to her home security cameras during her baby's omugwo (traditional postpartum care). The story, shared by a Twitter user, is truly jaw-dropping.
Since her own mother had passed away, the new mom invited her father from Nigeria to help with the omugwo. At the same time, her husband also invited his mother—the new mom's mother-in-law—for the same purpose. Everything seemed fine at first.
However, about two months into their stay, the woman checked her home's security camera feed on her phone. What she saw left her completely heartbroken: her father and her mother-in-law were having an affair right there in her house.
To make matters even more awkward, the house only has three bedrooms: one for the couple, one for the baby, and an extra room with two beds. This meant her father and mother-in-law were already sharing a bedroom due to the limited space.
Now, the woman is totally lost and doesn't know what to do. She's struggling with how to tell her husband, whether to confront her own father, or how to deal with the remaining six months of their visit without tearing her family apart.
